The 2nd Roffey Wadokai Kata Competition took place on OCTOBER 21st at the ROFFEY INSTITUTE HALL. 5 individual Kata groups were contested and for the first time a 2 person team group. A total of 37 students entered the individual groups and eight pairs entered the team group. The competition was well supported by people competing and spectators. The spirit of all competitors was a credit to all. Everybody competed but were supportive and appreciative of their fellow competitors. The results are as follows.

Unfortunately we were unable to run the weapons group, but Tom Barnes demonstrated his own Nunchuka Kata which looked very impressive.
The weapons group will be run as a seperate event at a date to be set. If you are interested please watch the noticeboard for further details.
